Admission for Scheduled Hospitalization

If your doctor has scheduled a hospitalization for surgery, medical examination, or treatment, you will receive an invitation with the date and time of your admission. On the day of your admission, please go to the admissions desk with the following documents:

- Hospitalization summons
- Medical examination results or documents related to your health condition, if requested by your doctor
Emergency Admission
